PUBLIC HEARING REGARDING STREETS AND DRAINAGE PROJECT

Monday, November 15, 2021 6:00 PM

The Town of Fulton will hold a PUBLIC HEARING in the Fulton Convention Center located at 402 N. Fulton Beach Road, Fulton, Texas, to discuss the streets and drainage project to affect the West side of Business 35 in Fulton, Texas.

The Town of Fulton encourages citizens to participate and make their views known at this Public Hearing. The facility and parking spaces where this meeting is to be held are handicap accessible.

Order Prohibiting Outdoor Burning

Effective Date and Duration of Order. This Order Prohibiting Outdoor Burning shall be in effect immediately as of 1 :01 p.m. on the 17th day of January, 2023. This Order may be ended by Order of the Commissioners Court, or by Order of the County Judge, if it is determined that a public safety hazard no longer exists. In no event shall this Order be in effect for more than Ninety (90) days, ending at 11 :59 p.m. on the 16th day of April, 2023.
